About
A small online business, run deliberately
NEXVORAOP provides digital services and sells products online. We are not a large agency and do not present ourselves as one. What we offer is clarity about what we do and reliability in doing it.
Who we are
An online-first operation
NEXVORAOP is an online business. There is no physical shopfront and no showroom — the business runs through its website and the e-commerce channels it sells on, and everything from the first enquiry to after-sale support happens through those channels.
That structure is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation. It keeps overheads low, it means we can work with customers wherever they are, and it keeps the number of people between a question and its answer small.
We are a small team. We say that plainly because it is relevant to anyone deciding whether to work with us: it affects how much we can take on at once, and it is why we scope carefully before agreeing to anything.
What we do
Digital services and online product sales
The digital services side covers web and software work for businesses: building websites and online storefronts, connecting the systems a business already uses, automating repeated manual work, and building small applications where nothing off the shelf fits.
The e-commerce side is product sales. We list products through online channels, process the orders that come in, and handle the questions that follow — about an order, a delivery or a return.
We do not offer regulated services. We are not a financial services provider, a lender, an insurer, a payment institution or a licensed advisor of any kind, and we do not hold customer funds on behalf of third parties.
Our approach
Four things we hold to
These are working practices, not slogans. Each one is something a customer can check us against.
Scope before work
We agree what is included, what it costs and what happens at the end before anything starts. If the scope changes during a project we say so and re-quote, rather than absorbing it quietly.
Written record
Agreements, order confirmations and changes are confirmed in writing. It removes the most common source of disputes: two people remembering a conversation differently.
Direct communication
You talk to the person doing the work. We would rather answer a question properly once than route it through several people first.
Handover as standard
Anything we build should be usable without us. Access, documentation and credentials are handed over at the end of a project as a matter of course.
International focus
Customers in more than one country
Operating online means we are not limited to one market, and we have structured the business around that from the start.
What this means in practice
- Business conducted in English, in writing
- Digital services delivered remotely, independent of location
- Product availability confirmed before an order where delivery is in question
- Prices, inclusions and terms stated before purchase
- Import duties and local taxes identified as the customer's responsibility where they apply
