Shipping & Delivery Policy
How orders are processed and delivered, what applies to international orders, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Last updated 29 September 2026
Order processing
Orders are checked and confirmed in writing after they are placed. Processing begins once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider of the channel you ordered through.
If something in your order cannot be supplied, we will contact you before dispatching anything else rather than sending a partial order without telling you.
Delivery destinations
NEXVORAOP sells to customers internationally. Whether a specific product can be delivered to a specific country depends on the item, the destination and the carriers available for that route.
The destinations available for an order are shown at checkout. If the destination you need is not offered, or you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or given in your order confirmation. They are estimates, not guarantees, unless we have agreed a fixed delivery date with you in writing.
Cross-border deliveries can be delayed by customs clearance in the destination country. This part of the journey is outside our control and outside the carrier's control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you complete the purchase. The amount depends on the item, the destination and the delivery method chosen.
If no shipping cost is shown for your destination, it means we are not currently able to deliver there through the channel you are using. Contact us and we will tell you whether there is an alternative.
Import duties, taxes and customs
Orders crossing a border may attract import duties, customs charges, handling fees or local sales tax set by the destination country. Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, these are payable by you and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.
These charges are set by the destination country's authorities, not by us, and we cannot calculate them in advance for every destination. Your local customs authority can tell you what applies.
If a parcel is refused at customs or charges are left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods less any costs we incur in the return.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Where the delivery method includes tracking, we send the tracking reference with the dispatch confirmation. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and can take a day or so to begin updating.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with the order reference. We will check the status with the carrier and tell you what we find.
If an order arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you reasonably can and include photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund in line with our refund and cancellation policy.
Where an address supplied at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the delivery fails as a result, we will resend the order once the correct address is confirmed; the cost of the second delivery is yours.
Digital services
Digital services and digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped. Delivery arrangements for those are set out in the accepted quotation or at the point of purchase.
