Support for the day-to-day running of an online operation — catalogue management, order workflows, and the systems that keep an online channel consistent.
We list and sell products to customers through our online channels, and handle the enquiries, orders and after-sale questions that come with them.
Scope
We do not provide regulated or licensed services. That includes financial advice, investment services, lending, insurance, payment-institution services, legal advice, tax advice and medical services. If a project would require a licence or regulatory approval we do not hold, we will decline it.
We also do not take on work where the scope cannot be defined before it starts. If a requirement is still being worked out, we would rather help define it first and quote afterwards than begin on an open-ended basis.
