Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order, return a product or request a refund, and what happens at each stage.
Last updated 29 September 2026
Scope
This policy covers cancellations, returns and refunds for products and services bought from NEXVORAOP. Where you bought through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's own returns process may also apply and may be faster to use.
Nothing in this policy reduces the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched or before work on a service has begun by contacting us with your order reference. We will confirm the cancellation in writing and refund in full.
Once a physical product has been dispatched, cancellation becomes a return and the section below applies.
Returning a product
Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase, you may return an unused product in its original condition within the period allowed by the law that applies to you, by telling us first and then sending it back.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and record the return against your order. Returns sent without notice can take considerably longer to process.
Unless the product is faulty or was not what you ordered, the cost of return shipping is yours.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with the order reference and a description — photographs help. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund, and we cover the return cost.
Report a problem as soon as you reasonably can after receiving the item. This does not shorten any longer statutory period that applies to you.
Digital services and digital products
For digital services, cancellation before work starts is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has begun, we refund the balance of what you have paid less the value of the work already carried out, and we will set out that calculation for you.
Where a digital product is supplied immediately on purchase and you have agreed that supply begins straight away, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply once delivery has started. This is made clear at the point of purchase.
If a digital service or product does not do what we described, tell us. We will fix it, or refund it if it cannot be fixed.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the channel the order was placed on. We process an approved refund promptly once we have received a returned item back or confirmed that a return is not needed.
How long the money takes to reach you afterwards depends on your payment provider and is outside our control.
Where import duties or customs charges were paid on a cross-border order, those are set by the destination country and may need to be reclaimed from that authority rather than from us.
Items that cannot be returned
Some items cannot be returned once supplied: products made or configured to your specification, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons, and digital content where delivery has already begun with your agreement.
Where an exclusion applies to something you are buying, it is stated on the listing before you order.
How to start a return or refund
Contact us through the contact page with your order reference, what you bought, and what you would like to happen. We will reply within two business days with the next step.
